Wear-resistant plow blade, forged from 65Mn manganese steel, suitable for tilling fields.
We are well aware of the abrasive properties of soil on metals. This product uses imported high-manganese steel or 60Si2Mn high-quality alloy spring steel as its base material. Through a patented isothermal quenching heat treatment process, the surface hardness of the plowshare reaches HRC 48-52, while the core maintains excellent flexibility and impact toughness. This "hard on the outside, tough on the inside" characteristic not only allows the plowshare to work easily in gravel and hard terrain, but also effectively prevents breakage or chipping caused by contact with hard objects during operation, extending its service life by 50%-80% compared to ordinary plowshares.
Biomimetic streamlined design: The shovel tip curvature is optimized based on soil dynamics, significantly reducing tillage resistance and tractor traction load, with measured fuel savings of 8%-12%.
Self-sharpening blade technology: As tillage wears down, the working part of the plow blade maintains a sharp geometric angle, ensuring stable tillage depth and a smooth, stepless furrow bottom.
Precise hole positioning: Using laser cutting positioning technology, the installation hole distance tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm, which fits seamlessly with the original plow arm and completely eliminates shaking and abnormal noise caused by gaps.
This series of plows covers standard moldboard plows ranging from 1L-325 to 1L-535, and is also compatible with imported hydraulic reversible plows from brands such as Reckon (Germany) and Besson (France). Whether it's heavy red soil, compacted albic soil, or backfilled land containing a small amount of gravel, the plows demonstrate excellent soil penetration and turning capabilities, achieving a soil breaking rate of over 90%, creating an ideal seedbed structure for you.
