The plow blade is made of 65Mn high-manganese steel or 30MnB2 boron steel (optional), and is formed through multiple processes including blanking, heating, die forging, edge trimming, and straightening. The cutting edge undergoes localized quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC45-52, while maintaining toughness on the back. It boasts high overall strength and excellent impact resistance. The surface can be powder-coated or blackened for rust prevention, enhancing weather resistance.

The product has an isosceles triangle or arrowhead shape with a sharp entry angle at the front. The cutting edge curve is optimized based on soil dynamics, reducing traction resistance by 15%-20%. The back has mounting bosses and bolt holes for secure connection to the plowshare and plowshare wall, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. Some models have added reinforcing ribs on the back, making them suitable for stony or heavy clay soils.

High wear resistance: The blade's service life can reach 300-500 mu/piece (depending on soil type), more than 50% longer than ordinary carbon steel plows.
