Cultivator Sweep, V-shaped Ripper Shovel, Plow Point, Agricultural Machinery Parts
The wear-resistant plow blade used in conjunction with agricultural machinery is made of high-quality 65Mn spring steel plate through fully automatic stamping and heat treatment strengthening process. It is suitable for various types of dryland moldboard plows, reversible plows and land clearing plows and other tillage machinery. It is a key vulnerable working part in soil tillage operations.
The plow blade is made of 65Mn high-manganese steel or 30MnB5 boron steel (optional), and is formed through multiple processes including blanking, heating, die forging, edge trimming, and straightening. The cutting edge undergoes localized quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC45-52, while maintaining toughness on the back. It boasts high overall strength and excellent impact resistance. The surface can be powder-coated or blackened for rust prevention, enhancing weather resistance.
The product has an isosceles triangle or arrowhead shape with a sharp entry angle at the front. The cutting edge curve is optimized based on soil dynamics, reducing traction resistance by 15%-20%. The back has mounting bosses and bolt holes for secure connection to the plowshare and plowshare wall, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. Some models have added reinforcing ribs on the back, making them suitable for stony or heavy clay soils.
High wear resistance: The blade's service life can reach 300-500 mu/piece (depending on soil type), more than 50% longer than ordinary carbon steel plows.
Self-sharpening feature: The working surface adopts a differentiated hardness design, automatically maintaining the sharpness of the blade during cultivation, eliminating the need for frequent sharpening.
Excellent soil breaking and loosening effect: The curved working surface combined with mirror polishing treatment allows soil to pass through smoothly, preventing adhesion and resulting in smooth tillage and coverage.
High versatility: Installation hole spacing can be customized according to user-provided original drawings or samples, compatible with mainstream plow bodies from brands such as Recon, Gran, and Kuhn.
It is widely used for cultivating dryland crops such as corn, wheat, and soybeans, as well as for complex conditions such as newly reclaimed land, compacted soil, and sandy loam. It is recommended to check the wear of the cutting edge every 200 mu (approximately 33 hectares) of work. If the wear exceeds 15mm, replace it promptly to ensure the quality of cultivation.
