Agricultural machinery parts: 65Mn steel heat-treated wear-resistant tillage blades for rotary tillers.

Short Description:

The tillage blade is made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel, with a specially heat-treated cutting edge that is sharp and tough, specifically designed for tilling hard soils and wasteland. Its unique curved structure effectively breaks up clods of soil, grass roots, and crop residues, reducing tillage resistance. Compatible with various rotary tillers and tillage machines, it is easy to install and significantly improves soil breaking rate and smoothness, making it an ideal wear-resistant accessory for enhancing farmland reclamation efficiency.

The tillage blade is a key agricultural machinery accessory in modern agricultural production. Powered primarily by tractors, it is widely used in conjunction with rotary tillers, tillage machines, and no-till seeders. This product is specifically designed for harsh soil environments and is a core component for land clearing, stubble removal, weeding, ridging, and loosening the soil. Its robust construction effectively cuts into hard soil, severing underground roots and creating a loose, clean seedbed environment for subsequent sowing.

This series of land reclamation knives is mainly divided into two structural forms: C-type and L-type. Both are integrally formed using a forging process, ensuring that the metal is dense and free of sand holes, possessing extremely high impact resistance and toughness. The knife body consists of two parts: the handle and the blade head. The handle has precision-machined fixing holes to ensure stable installation with the blade shaft; the blade head includes a tangential cutting edge and a side cutting edge, with the edges being double-strengthened and polished, making it sharp and wear-resistant.

To withstand high-intensity soil friction and rock impacts, the product is made from high-strength alloy spring steels such as 60Si2Mn, 60Si2MnA, and 28MnSiB. Advanced heat treatment processes ensure the overall hardness of the blade is controlled between HRC 42 and 48. This not only guarantees excellent self-sharpening properties (maintaining a sharp edge during use) but also ensures sufficient toughness on the blade back to prevent breakage during operation.

The blade body features an optimized arc-shaped bending design (bending arc of approximately 120°), which significantly reduces resistance when cutting into the soil, minimizing tractor power consumption and thus saving energy. Simultaneously, the optimized side-cutting blade height ensures stable tillage depth even after blade wear, extending the replacement cycle.

This product is not only suitable for farmland reclamation and weeding, but also performs excellently in ridging, stubble breaking, stubble removal, and no-till seeding. When used in combination with a no-till blade, it effectively crushes surface straw and stubble, enabling straw return to the field and increasing soil organic matter content.
