Rotary Tiller Blade, Curved Cultivator Blade, 2-hole Tiller Blade, Agricultural Plow Blade
1. Land Preparation: Equipped with rotary tillers to complete soil turning and crushing,
break soil compaction layers, and create a loose soil environment for sowing field crops such as wheat,
corn and rice;
2. Stubble Cleaning: Crush and return straw after harvesting to clear field residues and
reduce operation resistance for subsequent cropping;
3. Multi-scenario Operation: Suitable for soil loosening, weeding and ridge cultivation in orchards
and vegetable fields, as well as paddy field tilling and puddling to improve soil tillage efficiency.
Blade Handle: Equipped with a pair of precise fixing holes for a secure connection to agricultural machinery, ensuring it remains stable and doesn't shift under heavy workloads.
Blade Head: Utilizes an arc-shaped bending process, including both front-cutting and side-cutting blades. Its unique bending arc (approximately 119°-120°) and height setting effectively reduce resistance when cutting into the soil, resulting in better soil breaking and more consistent working depth.
To meet the demands for high-strength impact resistance and wear resistance, the blade body is made from high-toughness spring steel materials such as 60Si2Mn, 60Si2MnA, and 28MnSiB.
After rigorous heat treatment (martensitic phase transformation), the overall hardness of the product is controlled between HRC 42 and 48, ensuring that the blade is not easily broken or dulled under high-intensity impact. In addition, some models have a hot-melt alloy coating on the blade surface, which not only enhances wear resistance but also has a "self-sharpening" function—that is, it maintains the sharpness of the blade edge during operational wear, reducing power consumption and achieving energy saving.
This product is widely compatible with various large and medium-sized tractors, and is especially suitable for land reclamation, old grass cutting, and ridging in plains, drylands, and gentle slopes. It can effectively break up compacted soil layers, increase soil porosity, and provide a loose and breathable seedbed environment for subsequent crop planting.
