1. Soil Tillage: Suitable for reversible plows and deep tillers to perform deep plowing, soil turning
and crushing operations, break plow pans, and improve soil air permeability and water retention;

complete soil breaking for sowing/fertilization, reducing soil resistance;

We employ advanced hot forging and isothermal heat treatment technology to achieve an internal grain size level of 8, thus maintaining high hardness while possessing excellent impact toughness. Some high-end models feature a wear-resistant weld overlay with a hardness of no less than 62 HRC at the cutting edge, forming a "hard on the outside and tough on the inside" characteristic, which greatly delays cutting edge dulling.
High wear resistance: Through precise control of the heat treatment process, the hardness of the products is generally controlled between HRC 38-53 (depending on the model). The wear resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary products on the market, effectively solving the "short life" problem caused by high quartz content in soil.
Self-sharpening design: Utilizing advanced composite metallurgical technology, the plow tip maintains its sharpness through differential wear at different material layers during operation, significantly reducing tillage resistance and thus reducing tractor fuel consumption, resulting in energy savings and environmental friendliness.
Reversible/Symmetrical design: Some models feature a double-ended reversible design. When one end wears out, it can be flipped over and the other end can be used, achieving "dual lifespan" and significantly reducing replacement costs and downtime.
