This plow blade is made of high-quality 65Mn spring steel or 30MnB high-manganese boron steel (optional), manufactured through integral hot forging and multi-stage heat treatment processes, possessing both high strength, high hardness, and excellent toughness, and is suitable for various types of reversible plows, moldboard plows, and furrowing plows.
1、Excellent wear resistance:
The blade of the plowshare undergoes localized quenching treatment, achieving a surface hardness of 48–52 HRC, while maintaining good toughness in the core. This significantly enhances its wear resistance under harsh conditions such as sandy soil and gravelly ground, increasing its service life by 30%–50% compared to ordinary cast steel shovels.
2、Self-sharpening blade design:
The progressive cutting edge design ensures continuous sharpness during operation, reducing traction resistance and fuel consumption while maintaining a smooth and optimal soil fragmentation.
