Wear-resistant heat-treated plowshare Agricultural Machinery Cultivator Accessories

Short Description:

The agricultural plowshare is a core tillage component mounted on the plow body, primarily used for soil inversion and fragmentation. It is forged from high-strength boron steel and undergoes special heat treatment for its cutting edge, ensuring excellent wear resistance and soil penetration. Available in lightweight, medium, and heavy-duty specifications, it is compatible with tractors of varying horsepower and soil conditions. The precisely designed curvature reduces tillage resistance, effectively improving operational efficiency and fuel consumption, making it a critical wear-resistant component for ensuring soil quality.

The plowshare, also known as the plow blade, is the most critical soil-engaging component mounted on the plow body. Our company's series of plowshares serve as core agricultural machinery accessories, primarily used in dry field tillage operations in conjunction with heavy harrows, subsoilers, and various types of disc plows. Their function is to vertically and horizontally cut the soil, sever crop roots and weed residues, break up soil clods, and prepare for subsequent soil inversion and coverage. We offer a full range of products from lightweight tillage plowshares to heavy-duty hydraulic disc plowshares, compatible with leading domestic and international agricultural machinery brands such as Levee and Kuhn

The product is made of high-quality high elastic limit materials, mainly including high-performance alloy steels such as 65Mn (65 manganese), 60Si2Mn (60 silicon 2 manganese), and 28MnSiB. To enhance the core durability, we have adopted an integrated process of hot forging and heat treatment. Through high-frequency forging, the metal fiber streamline is intact, followed by fine heat treatment quenching and tempering to ensure that the product hardness reaches HRC 42-50. Some high-end wear-resistant series use plasma welding technology to weld nickel based tungsten carbide wear-resistant alloy (such as Ni60A+WC) on the blade of the plow shovel, forming a wear-resistant layer through metallurgical bonding. Its average hardness can reach HRC 60 or above, and its service life can be increased by more than twice compared to ordinary plows.

We provide various structural designs such as trapezoidal, chiseled, and triangular plows to meet different soil requirements. The blade part is designed with a self grinding blade contour, which maintains a sharp entry angle with the wear and tear of the operation, significantly reducing traction resistance. At the same time, the fixed hole position adopts a precise positioning shoulder design to ensure a compact and stable installation structure, avoiding bolt loosening caused by vibration during operation.

Strong wear resistance: Through alloy materials and surface strengthening technology, it exhibits excellent wear resistance in sandy loam and gravel soils with high quartz content.

Excellent soil penetration performance: The optimized soil penetration angle and shovel tip shape can quickly penetrate even in hard land, ensuring stable plowing depth.

Fuel economy: The sharp and durable cutting edge reduces soil cutting resistance, effectively reducing the fuel consumption of the tractor.

Customized service: Supports OEM/ODM customization, and can adjust the material, aperture, thickness (such as 6mm-12mm), and surface treatment (painting, galvanizing, spraying) according to customer's drawings and samples.
