Wear-resistant hammers and claws for agricultural machinery, specifically designed for straw crushing and returning machines.
The hammer claws are forged from high-strength alloy steel, making them wear-resistant and impact-resistant. They are specifically designed for agricultural equipment such as straw return machines and crushers. The unique claw-shaped structure efficiently crushes hard stalks such as corn and cotton, with good soil penetration and effective shredding of root stubble. Through heat treatment, they possess both hardness and toughness, resulting in a long service life. They are a core wear-resistant accessory for improving the efficiency of stubble crushing and straw return operations in farmland.
The main body of the product is made of high-manganese steel or 27MnB5 and other high-quality alloy steel, and is integrally formed through precision casting or die forging. The hammer handle is equipped with standard connecting holes and a high-strength pin shaft to ensure a stable connection with the rotor under high-speed rotation and easy assembly and disassembly. Some new designs also add V-shaped springs or hexagonal column structures at the connection points for easy and quick replacement, reducing downtime for field maintenance.
This product features a double-sided claw structure design. Compared to traditional single-sided hammer claws, when one side wears out, it can be flipped over and reused, achieving "two uses in one claw." This effectively extends the overall service life of the product and reduces the user's spare parts costs.
Ultra-high hardness and wear resistance: The hammer claw head undergoes special heat treatment, achieving a hardness of 42-48 HRC. Its high surface hardness and excellent impact toughness allow it to withstand linear velocity impacts up to 50 m/s. Even in harsh soil environments containing sand and gravel, it maintains excellent fracture and wear resistance.
High-efficiency pulverization: The unique claw-shaped teeth, combined with the fixed blades inside the casing, create a multi-force action of "impact, cutting, and rubbing" on the straw under high-speed rotation, resulting in fine pulverization and even spreading, which is beneficial for subsequent no-till mulching or deep plowing operations.
Economical and durable: The high-strength material combined with the double-sided design makes it far more cost-effective than ordinary cast steel hammer claws, making it the preferred solution for reducing frequent replacement of accessories and improving work efficiency.
