Core materials and processes:

Heat treatment process: After overall quenching and low-temperature tempering treatment, the surface hardness can reach HRC 45-52, while the core retains good flexibility. This "hard on the outside and tough on the inside" characteristic ensures that the plow tip will not brittle when impacted by hard objects, and has extremely strong wear resistance, greatly extending the replacement cycle.
Precision forging: Using precision forging technology to form, the metal streamline distribution is reasonable, the organizational structure is dense, and the strength consistency of each product is ensured.
Soil penetration performance: The tip of the plow adopts an acute angled triangle or chisel design, which has extremely strong soil breaking ability. Even on dry and hard ground, it can be easily cut in, reducing the tractor's traction resistance and effectively saving fuel consumption by 5% -10%.
Self sharpening effect: During the working process, the plow tip continuously rubs against the soil contact surface, and the unique wear curve keeps it relatively sharp during operation, avoiding increased rear end resistance caused by passivation.
