Vertical weeding knife/rotating knife
Vertical blade is a core tillage component designed specifically for vertical rotary tillers. It is installed vertically or nearly vertically and performs vertical cutting, loosening, and mixing operations on soil through high-speed rotation. Compared with traditional horizontal rotary tillage knives, it cultivates deeper and finer soil, especially suitable for scenarios such as straw returning, deep loosening and soil preparation, orchard weeding, and greenhouse cultivation. It can effectively improve soil structure and enhance agronomic effects.
Efficient soil crushing: The blade axis operates vertically, and the cutting edge is distributed in multiple layers in a spiral pattern. The cutting trajectory is staggered, and the soil is crushed evenly and finely, reducing repetitive tillage.
Strong deep loosening ability: The operating depth can reach 25-40cm (depending on the model), breaking the plow bottom layer, enhancing soil permeability and water retention.
Advantages of straw processing: Vertical cutting can directly mix surface straw into the middle and lower parts of the soil layer, accelerate decomposition, avoid entanglement, and is suitable for high stubble plots.
Good power adaptability: designed for small and medium-sized tractors, with low power consumption and low torque requirements, suitable for working in small spaces such as orchards and greenhouses.
Leveling the surface: After cultivation, the upper and lower layers of the soil are mixed, and the surface is leveled to reduce soil moisture and facilitate subsequent sowing or irrigation.
Dryland cultivation: deep loosening and land preparation after harvesting crops such as corn, wheat, and cotton.
Straw returning: Efficient treatment of corn stalks, rice and wheat straw to avoid incineration pollution.
Orchard/Tea Garden Management: Loosening and weeding between rows without damaging crop roots.
Greenhouse: Soil activation in space constrained environments.
Ecological restoration: reclamation of wasteland, application of green manure, improvement of saline alkali land.
The vertical knife is based on the concept of vertical farming revolution, optimizing soil profile structure to promote sustainable agricultural development, and is an efficient supporting tool for modern precision agriculture.
