This series of round harrow blades uses internationally advanced 65Mn (manganese steel) or 30MnB5 (manganese boron steel) high-quality alloy steel as the base material. Through a rigorous heat treatment process (high-temperature quenching and tempering), the blades ensure both extremely high surface hardness and excellent toughness. The working surface hardness can reach 38-48 HRC, easily handling sandy soils, heavy clay soils, and even stony areas containing gravel. Its wear resistance far exceeds that of ordinary carbon steel harrow blades, effectively reducing the frequency of downtime for replacement in the field.
