Our high-strength, wear-resistant plowshare is specifically designed for harsh soil environments and high-frequency operation needs, aiming to reduce farming costs and improve operational efficiency for users through its superior hardness and toughness.

This product uses high-manganese steel (Mn13) or 65Mn spring steel as the base material (optional, depending on customer requirements). After high-temperature quenching and low-temperature tempering, a uniform austenitic or martensitic structure is formed inside the material, resulting in a plowshare tip surface hardness of HRC 38-45, while the core maintains excellent toughness. This "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic allows it to effectively resist wear and withstand severe impact loads when facing hard clods of earth, gravel, or sandy soil, effectively avoiding the risk of breakage.
