Sharp and Durable Lawn Mowing Blades – Agricultural Auxiliary Straight Blade Flail Blade
In modern agriculture and garden maintenance operations, the lawn mower is the core operating component of agricultural machinery such as rotary tillers, lawn mowers, and grass crushers. Its sharpness, wear resistance, and impact resistance directly determine the efficiency and cost of operations. This specialized lawn mower for agricultural machinery is designed for high-intensity working conditions such as field operations, orchard weeding, grass harvesting, and wasteland cultivation. It is crafted with ingenuity to create sharp "iron teeth".
This product uses 65Mn manganese steel or high carbon alloy steel as the substrate (can be customized according to needs). After high-temperature quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of the blade remains stable between HRC 45-50, maintaining high toughness to prevent fracture and excellent wear-resistant edges. The blade adopts a secondary fine grinding process, with a scientific cutting angle and low cutting resistance. Whether it is tough grass or tough miscellaneous shrubs, it can achieve a cutting effect of "cutting iron like mud", greatly reducing the frequency of tool changes.
The blade shape is strictly designed based on fluid dynamics and agricultural machinery operation mechanics. The overall structure is streamlined and curved, with reasonable counterweight holes and swinging blade curvature. When the blade shaft rotates at high speed, the blade can automatically generate centrifugal force and perform multiple composite actions of "cutting, slicing, swinging, and crushing" on the ground vegetation. The unique upward pointing blade design can effectively prevent grass entanglement and blockage, even in wet and severely fallen grasslands, it can keep the blade unobstructed, ensuring smooth cutting and no omissions.
This series of lawn mowers offers multiple installation aperture, length (150mm-400mm), and thickness options, compatible with mainstream brands of rotary tillers, hand push lawn mowers, rear mounted lawn mowers, and large combine harvesters on the market. Support customization of various blade shapes such as Y-shaped, L-shaped, hammer claw shaped, etc., to meet different agricultural needs such as fine field returning, rough cutting, or irrigation removal. Each cutting tool undergoes dynamic balance testing to ensure that it does not shake or sway at high speeds, protecting the bearings of the main machine.
