Their unique S-shaped curve design enables them to play a vital role in elastic vibration damping and soil loosening during soil cultivation, making them an indispensable key component in modern mechanized agricultural operations.

This product is manufactured using high-quality spring steel, with grades such as 65Mn, 60Si2Mn, and 28MnSiB available. 65Mn manganese steel exhibits good wear resistance, tensile strength, and elastic recovery; while 60Si2Mn silicon-manganese steel demonstrates superior performance in terms of elastic limit and fatigue strength.The product undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process: first, quenching is used to increase hardness, followed by tempering to control the final hardness within the ideal range of 38-46 HRC, achieving a perfect balance between hardness and toughness. This ensures wear resistance while avoiding the risk of brittle fracture. The surface is shot-blasted to remove the oxide layer and then coated with anti-rust paint or powder coating, effectively improving corrosion resistance and fatigue life by 7-8 times.

Excellent elastic recovery capability: The S-type spring is made of special high-elasticity steel and is pre-stressed. Even if it undergoes large deformation during use, it can restore its original geometric shape to the maximum extent and maintain stable working performance.

Excellent vibration damping and cushioning effect: The S-curve design gives the spring excellent cushioning and shock absorption characteristics. When the tillage machinery encounters hard clods of soil or stones during operation, the spring can absorb impact energy through elastic deformation, effectively protecting the main components and improving operational stability.
