This series of round harrow blades uses internationally advanced 65Mn (manganese steel) or 30MnB (manganese boron steel) high-quality alloy steel as the base material. Through a rigorous heat treatment process (high-temperature quenching and tempering), the blades ensure both extremely high surface hardness and excellent toughness. The working surface hardness can reach 38-48 HRC, easily handling sandy soils, heavy clay soils, and even stony areas containing gravel. Its wear resistance far exceeds that of ordinary carbon steel harrow blades, effectively reducing the frequency of downtime for replacement in the field.
2、Contour-like design for powerful soil penetration.The product features a curved (spherical) or notched structure design. The spherical curvature is precisely calculated to ensure optimal rolling resistance and soil lifting effect; some models are equipped with sharp notched edges that easily cut crop residues and weed roots, significantly improving soil fragmentation and leveling. Whether for stubble removal, loosening soil, mixing fertilizers, or chopping straw, it achieves uniform tillage depth, helping to create ideal seedbeds.

Utilizing a high-precision stamping process, each rake blade ensures consistent geometric dimensions and accurate mounting hole positioning, achieving perfect interchangeability with disc rakes and towed rake assemblies from mainstream domestic and international brands (such as Recon, Gran, and Dongfanghong). The product edges undergo secondary grinding, resulting in sharp cutting edges right out of the factory, allowing for high-intensity operations without the need for break-in.
Rust-proof and durable, with wide adaptability. The surface is treated with powder coating or blackening for rust prevention, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can adapt to different soil acid and alkaline environments and high humidity working conditions. It is not easy to rust during long-term storage and always maintains the best working condition.
