As a core component of modern agricultural machinery, rotary tillers are designed specifically for soil preparation and are widely used in tractor-mounted rotary tillers. Made from high-quality high-carbon steel or alloy steel through precision forging and heat treatment, they offer high strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring long-lasting and stable operation in complex farming environments.

The blade structure is optimized for fluid dynamics, with a scientific curvature, ensuring minimal resistance to soil penetration and effective soil crushing. It can cut, crush, and mix soil in one operation, effectively improving tillage efficiency. Special anti-corrosion treatments (such as carburizing or galvanizing) significantly extend the blade's service life and reduce the cost of frequent replacement.

This product is suitable for a variety of applications, including paddy fields, dry land, and orchards. It efficiently cuts stubble and weeds and evenly covers the soil, promoting organic matter decomposition, loosening the soil, and improving soil fertility. Its modular design allows for quick replacement and is compatible with mainstream agricultural machinery, making it an ideal choice for improving agricultural mechanization and achieving efficient and energy-efficient farming.

High-quality high-carbon manganese steel (such as 65Mn) or alloy steel is selected and undergoes precision heat treatment (quenching + tempering) to ensure that the blade has high hardness while maintaining excellent toughness to avoid chipping or breakage.

The blade is specially reinforced, with a hardness of HRC50 or above. Its wear resistance is more than 50% higher than that of ordinary tools, which greatly extends the replacement cycle. It is especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as sandy and hard ground.
