Rotary tiller blade
The rotary tiller is the core component of the agricultural rotary tiller, mainly used for soil cutting, soil crushing and soil turning operations in soil cultivation. Its structure usually consists of a knife seat and a blade. The blade is mostly forged with 65Mn spring steel or alloy steel, and has high hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment. Common knife types include straight hook type, curved hook type and chisel type. Among them, the curved hook knife (L type or IT type) is the most widely used and suitable for soil crushing in dry fields; straight hook knives are mostly used for paddy field operations. The blade is fixed to the knife shaft by bolts and arranged in a spiral line. When rotating, it breaks soil clods at a cutting speed of 15-30km/h, and the tillage depth can reach 12-25cm.
