This product is designed for harsh working conditions such as wasteland reclamation, forest excavation, hard soil fragmentation, and loose surface rocks. It is the core operating accessory for large tractors, excavators, and rotary tillage equipment. In response to the pain points of traditional cutting tools being prone to breakage in sandy and rocky areas, adhesion in clay areas, and entanglement in shrubs, we have adopted a dual breakthrough of "biomimetic streamline" and "high-strength alloy materials" to achieve efficient soil penetration and low durability in extreme working environments.

The blade body is made of boron steel and high manganese steel matrix, and is formed by high-temperature forging at 1200 ℃. Combined with multi-element co infiltration hardening technology, the surface hardness can reach HRC 48-52, while the core maintains high toughness to avoid fracture. The edge of the blade is welded with a tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer, which has 3-5 times the wear resistance of ordinary 65Mn steel knives and is suitable for heavy-duty scenarios with pebbles or tree roots.

 

Curved soil breaking blade: adopting a non-linear curve design, reducing the resistance to entering the soil, reducing the cutting force by 20%, and using centrifugal force to automatically shake off the clay, avoiding "sticking the blade".

Stress dispersion reinforcement: The blade back is thickened and equipped with unloading grooves to disperse impact loads and effectively prevent cracking when hitting boulders or hardwood.

Universal installation interface: Standardized bolt hole positions, compatible with mainstream brands of rotary tiller blade holders on the market (such as Leiken, Dongfanghong, etc.), can be quickly replaced without modification.
