Plowshare Tip Made of Wear-Resistant Steel for Agricultural Tractor Cultivator Parts
The plowshare, as a key working component in agricultural tillage machinery, directly undertakes the core tasks of entering, cutting, and turning the soil. This product is specifically designed for various moldboard plows, reversible plows, and subsoil plows, and is an important consumable part that ensures tillage quality and improves operational efficiency.
This plowshare tip is forged from a single piece of high-manganese wear-resistant alloy steel or boron steel, and undergoes high-temperature heat treatment and oil quenching processes, achieving a surface hardness of HRC48-55 while maintaining good toughness in the core. Key areas utilize a welded wear-resistant layer technology, significantly enhancing wear resistance. Some high-end models can be equipped with a tungsten carbide alloy coating, extending service life by 2-3 times in sandy soils.
The product features a streamlined curved surface design to reduce soil adhesion and tillage resistance. The sharp entry point ensures rapid penetration into hard soil layers; the smooth transition surface facilitates smooth soil flow along the plowshare. Bolt mounting holes are compatible with most mainstream plowshare interface standards, making installation convenient. Some models utilize a quick-change spring clip structure, eliminating the need for special tools for field replacement.
It is widely applicable to various soil conditions, including dry fields, paddy fields, hilly areas, and heavy clay soils. To meet different operational needs, it offers various configurations such as pointed, blunt, wide-wing, and narrow-wing types—the pointed type is suitable for deep soil loosening, the blunt type offers superior impact resistance, the wide-wing type provides good tillage and covering, and the narrow-wing type is suitable for high-speed, light-load operations.
It is recommended to regularly check the wear of the plow tip. Replace it promptly when the wear length reaches 1/3 of the original length or the cutting edge becomes dull, to ensure the overall soil entry angle and tillage quality of the moldboard plow. When replacing, ensure left-right symmetry to avoid uneven traction causing the unit to run off-center.
