In the heat treatment process, we implemented precise isothermal quenching technology.

By strictly controlling the heating and cooling processes, the hardness of the plow shovel is stably controlled within the high-quality range of HRC 42-48. This hardness ensures that the plow shovel has excellent wear resistance and can maintain a sharp edge in the soil for a long time, effectively reducing tractor traction resistance and saving fuel consumption.
