Plowing Blade, Agricultural Machinery Parts, Disc Harrow Blade
Reclamation knife, also known as clearing forest knife, cutting irrigation knife, or reclamation hoe, is a professional tool used for cultivating primitive wasteland, clearing shrubs, cutting reed roots, and forestry nurturing. This product is designed specifically for high-power brush cutters, micro cultivators, and small land reclamation machinery, aiming to solve the pain points of traditional cutting tools that are prone to breakage and breakage when facing hard shrubs and weed roots.
We use 65Mn high carbon manganese steel or spring steel integrated stamping forming. After the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering, the hardness of the cutting edge reaches HRC 48-52, which not only ensures the high hardness of the cutting edge to cut into the woody stem, but also retains the excellent toughness of the blade, allowing it to "cushion" the blade when encountering rocks or hard objects, effectively preventing cracking. The surface of the blade is treated with electrophoretic rust prevention or PTFE non stick coating, which has strong corrosion resistance and can effectively prevent soil and grass from adhering, reducing the workload.
Alien blade design: The blade adopts a multi tooth or curved blade design, integrating sawing, cutting, chopping, and splitting functions. The sharp front end can be used for breaking and loosening soil, while the sharp side blades can quickly cut through miscellaneous trees and vines with a diameter of less than 5 centimeters.
Mechanical structure optimization: The blade is thickened to 3.0mm-5.0mm (depending on the model), the spine is thick, and the center of gravity is designed forward, using rotational inertia to generate strong cutting impact force, even dense reed roots or bamboo roots can be easily crushed.
Universal connection hole position: adopting standardized center hole and positioning pin hole design, compatible with the output shaft of most power models such as Honda and Briggs&Stratton on the market, easy to install, stable and not shaking.
Reclamation of wasteland: Clearing surface weeds and shrubs to prepare for farming.
Forestry nurturing: Removing impurities from young forests and cutting off vines that entangle the trees.
Orchard management: Cutting green manure crops, crushing and returning them to the field.
Wetland and fire escape construction: Efficient cleaning of vegetation with developed root systems such as reeds and grasses.
