This series of plowshare tips adheres to the classic split design concept. Compared to traditional one-piece plowshares, only the plowshare tip body needs to be replaced after wear, without replacing the entire plowshare base, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The main body of the product is made of high-grade alloy steel (such as 65Mn or 60Si2Mn) through advanced hot forging technology, resulting in a dense internal structure, free of sand holes and pores, and possessing excellent impact resistance and toughness.
Cutting edge: Treated with a special quenching process, the surface hardness reaches Rockwell HRC 45-57, possessing extremely high wear resistance and easily coping with the severe abrasion of sandy soil or gravelly terrain.
