This product is specifically designed for rotary tillers, subsoilers, and combined tillage machines used with large tractors. It is a core, easily damaged component used for wasteland reclamation, orchard loosening, and hard soil cultivation. Utilizing advanced heat treatment technology, it significantly increases surface hardness while maintaining toughness, aiming to solve the problems of traditional tillage blades being prone to wear and breakage when operating on gravel or compacted soil.

Base Material Selection: High-quality 65Mn manganese steel or special boron steel is selected. This material possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, ensuring the blade is not easily bent or broken under tremendous impact.

Heat Treatment Process: Through multiple quenching and tempering processes, the cutting edge hardness reaches HRC 48-52, while the base material maintains high toughness, achieving the ideal state of "hard outside, tough inside".

Surface Treatment: The surface is treated with an anti-rust coating or powder coating, effectively resisting soil acid and alkali corrosion and extending storage and service life.

Bionic Streamlined Design: The blade's curvature is precisely calculated to effectively reduce soil adhesion, lower operating resistance, and increase soil breaking rate, thereby achieving energy saving and efficiency improvement.

Thickened and Reinforced Structure: To address complex conditions encountered during wasteland reclamation, such as rocks and tree roots, the blade back and mounting holes have been thickened and reinforced to prevent tearing of the mounting holes due to stress concentration.

Wasteland reclamation: Suitable for initial cultivation of newly cultivated land with overgrown weeds and severely compacted soil.
