Multi-functional micro-tiller with dryland curved blade

Short Description:

This is a farm machinery accessory specifically designed for dryland farming – the dryland blade. Forged from high-strength, wear-resistant steel, it features a thick blade and a sharp edge. Suitable for mini-tillers and walking tractors, it easily cuts into compacted soil, efficiently completing rotary tillage, soil breaking, and weeding operations. Its unique curved blade design reduces resistance and prevents weed entanglement, significantly improving dryland farming efficiency.

The dry tillage blade, an agricultural machinery accessory, is a core operating component of field management machinery such as mini tillers and walking tractors. It is specifically designed for tillage operations in arid, compacted, or sandy soil environments. As a vulnerable part that comes into direct contact with the soil, its material, heat treatment process, and structural design directly determine the efficiency and quality of agricultural operations.

In terms of materials and craftsmanship, high-quality dryland knives are generally made of premium spring steel such as 65Mn (65 manganese steel) or 60Si2Mn (60 silicon 2 manganese steel). After rigorous forging and martensitic heat treatment, the blade hardness typically reaches between HRC38 and HRC48. This process gives them high hardness and good wear resistance, allowing the blade to effectively cut through soil and crop roots during high-speed rotation. At the same time, the blade maintains excellent toughness, allowing it to "bend" and cushion when encountering hard objects such as hidden rocks or tree roots in the field, thus effectively preventing chipping or breakage.

In terms of structural design, dryland blades exhibit diverse characteristics. Common types include curved dryland blades, anti-tangle dryland blades, and combination types with four blades in five or four blades in four groups. Their working radius is typically between 165mm and 380mm, and the weight of a single blade is approximately 0.32kg to 0.39kg. Different blade shaft and blade combinations can be configured according to the power of different mini-tillers (such as those equipped with 178F or 186F diesel engines) and the required working width.

Of particular note is the anti-tangling dryland blade, whose cutting edge is designed with spaced slits or serrated structures, enabling it to cut weeds and stalks more effectively during operation. This significantly reduces the phenomenon of weeds tangling around the blade shaft, preventing machine blockage and slippage caused by tangled weeds, and greatly improving maneuverability and operational smoothness in weed-heavy fields.

Dryland tillage knives, with their robust materials, scientific heat treatment process, and optimized anti-tangling structure, are widely applicable to dryland farming, vegetable gardens, orchards, and greenhouses in mountainous, hilly, and plain areas. They can easily perform multiple tasks such as deep tillage, soil breaking, and ridging, making them a key accessory in modern agriculture that replaces human and animal power for efficient farming. Their surfaces are typically coated with black, red, or blue anti-rust paint and packaged in cardboard boxes or custom packaging for easy storage and transportation.
