Multi-functional micro-tiller accessories
This product is a specialized dryland tillage blade designed for use with mini tillers. It is a core component suitable for loose soil environments such as dryland, sandy land, wasteland, and greenhouses. Addressing the relatively hard and compacted nature of dryland soils, this blade employs a specialized mechanical design and is manufactured with high-strength materials. Its purpose is to achieve optimal seedbed preparation by rapidly rotating to break up soil clods, remove weeds, and level the ground.
In terms of materials, the dryland knife is made from high-quality alloy steels such as 65Mn manganese steel or 60Si2Mn spring steel, ensuring excellent toughness and wear resistance. The manufacturing process employs advanced die forging technology, ensuring a continuous and complete internal fibrous structure in the metal. Subsequent overall or partial heat treatment controls the handle hardness to HRC38-45 (while maintaining toughness to prevent breakage), while the blade itself has a higher hardness to maintain sharpness. This effectively guarantees the blade's lifespan under high-load operation, resisting severe wear even when working in soil containing a small amount of sand and gravel.
Dryland blades typically employ a curved blade design. This curved shape not only reduces operating resistance but also throws the chopped soil backward during rotation, achieving secondary impact crushing of soil clods. For dryland with abundant straw, some improved blades feature anti-tangling teeth or cutting edges. These effectively cut weeds and crop residues while cutting the soil, preventing straw from tangling around the blade shaft and avoiding machine blockage and slippage caused by straw entanglement. This significantly improves tillage efficiency and maneuverability.
The products come in various specifications, with common working radii ranging from 225mm to 240mm. Each blade has a moderate weight and a compact structure. The blade holder mounting area typically features precisely positioned through holes, with a hole spacing of approximately 70mm, accommodating 10.5mm or 11mm bolts to ensure a secure connection with the tiller's blade roller. For surface treatment, in addition to an anti-rust primer, different colored topcoats such as red, black, or blue can be customized according to user requirements, combining rust prevention with a customized appearance.
This series of dryland tillers is mainly compatible with 1WG series micro-tillers and tillers. Common configurations include three-blade, four-group or four-blade, four-group tillage, with a tillage depth of 200-300mm and a tillage width of 900-1000mm. Widely applicable to vegetable cultivation, floriculture, tobacco planting, and farmland reclamation in mountainous and hilly areas, it is an ideal accessory to replace traditional ox-drawn plows and achieve mechanized agricultural operations.
