The rotary tiller is the core and most consumable working component of the rotary tiller, known as the "teeth" of agricultural machinery. 1、Selected materials, sturdy and durable

The product uses high-quality 60 # silicon manganese steel (65Mn) or boron steel (27SiMn) as the substrate. This material has extremely high tensile strength and good toughness, ensuring that the blade can "balance rigidity and flexibility" when encountering hard objects or stones - maintaining cutting hardness while not easily breaking or bending.

one-time die forging technology and CNC machining center precision machining to ensure precise angle between the tool holder and the blade body, and consistent sharpness of the cutting edge. This design effectively reduces the resistance during cultivation, saving energy and fuel by about 10% -15% compared to ordinary blades, while improving work efficiency.

3、Scientific heat treatment process

By using carburizing quenching and vacuum oil quenching heat treatment techniques, the surface hardness of the blade reaches HRC 48-55, while the core still maintains its original toughness. This "hard on the outside and tough on the inside" characteristic greatly enhances the wear resistance of the product, and even in harsh soil with more sand and gravel, the service life is extended by more than 30% compared to ordinary blades.
