The plowshare, as the most important "forward" component of a moldboard plow, comes into direct contact with the uncultivated soil, bearing immense cutting resistance and wear. Special steel matrix: Using high-manganese alloy steel or boron steel as the base material, it possesses extremely high impact toughness, capable of withstanding sudden impacts from hard objects such as stones and tree roots, and is not easily broken or chipped.
Advanced heat treatment technology: Through isothermal quenching or induction hardening processes, the cutting edge of the plowshare achieves extremely high hardness (typically HRC 48-55), while the back of the plowshare retains its original flexibility. This "hard on the outside, tough on the inside" characteristic achieves a perfect balance between wear resistance and breakage prevention.
Self-sharpening design: The special geometric curve design allows the plow tip to maintain a relatively sharp cutting edge as it wears down during tillage, thereby continuously reducing traction resistance and saving tractor fuel consumption.
Extra-long lifespan: Compared to ordinary cast steel plowshares, the lifespan is extended by 2-3 times, significantly reducing the frequency of accessory replacements in the field and making the most of precious farming time.
