Core Materials and Processes: The product uses high-quality rare earth alloy boron steel as the base material. Through high-temperature die forging, the internal fibrous structure of the metal is made continuous and complete, which significantly improves the density and toughness of the matrix.
Advanced heat treatment technology: Utilizing isothermal quenching and surface carburizing processes, the shovel tip achieves a hardness of HRC 48-52, while the handle maintains high toughness. This "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic ensures the shovel tip remains sharp even after prolonged friction, while effectively cushioning the impact of hidden stones and tree roots in the field, preventing breakage.
Self-sharpening design: The unique structural design ensures that the shovel tip's wear surface forms an optimal angle with the soil during operation. As operating time increases, the shovel tip automatically thins, maintaining a sharp cutting angle, thereby reducing tillage resistance and improving work efficiency.
Strong soil penetration performance: The optimized soil penetration angle and streamlined curved surface design can quickly cut through soil residue, reduce soil blockage, ensure stable tillage depth, and ensure tight soil covering, which is beneficial for subsequent sowing.
Long wear resistance and lifespan: Compared to ordinary 65Mn steel, wear resistance is increased by 2-3 times. Under normal sandy loam soil conditions, the cultivated area can reach hundreds of acres or more in a single season, significantly reducing downtime for parts replacement in the field.
