High quality material production Plowshare (Model: 073003)
The 073003 plow blade is a high-performance, high-wear critical operating component designed for moldboard plows. Manufactured with high-quality steel and advanced processes, it is specifically designed for efficient, low-resistance cutting, lifting, and turning operations in a variety of soil conditions. Its core mission is to replace worn-out blades, restoring the plow body to optimal soil penetration, tillage depth, and mulching effect, making it an economical and efficient choice for ensuring tillage quality and reducing traction resistance.
Excellent wear resistance and toughness: Made of 65Mn or higher grade high carbon manganese steel, and subjected to a special heat treatment process (quenching + tempering), the cutting edge reaches extremely high hardness (HRC 48-55), which greatly extends the service life; at the same time, it maintains good toughness of the shovel body and prevents brittle fracture.
Optimized fluid dynamics design: The shovel face curve is precisely calculated and simulated to smoothly cut through the soil and guide it to rise and roll along the plow wall, effectively reducing traction resistance during tillage and saving fuel consumption.
Precise versatility and adaptability: This model is a commonly used replacement for mainstream domestic and international moldboard plow brands and is compatible with specific plowshares of various plow frames (such as suspended plows, reversible plows, and towed plows). (Please note: Before replacement, please be sure to verify the original shovel size, mounting hole positions, and corresponding plow body model.)
Quick-change design: Standardized mounting holes allow for quick disassembly and installation using a common tool (wrench), minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency during busy farming seasons.
Deep plowing and stubble removal after harvesting dryland crops (corn, wheat, soybeans, cotton, etc.).
Soil improvement and breaking up the soil before deep loosening.
Landing green manure or straw in the field.
Replacing worn, dull, or damaged plows and shovels with those that have been used for a long time, restoring their tillage performance.
