High-quality agricultural rotary tillers, land clearing blades, deep tillage blades

Short Description:

This is a wear-resistant rotary tiller blade made of 65Mn high-strength steel (or 50# steel) through a one-piece stamping process. Its surface undergoes a special heat treatment process, resulting in extremely high hardness and toughness, significantly improving wear resistance. The scientifically designed blade offers low resistance when entering the soil and strong soil-breaking ability, making it suitable for various soil environments, including dry land and paddy fields. This blade is compatible with various walk-behind and large rotary tillers, making it an ideal durable wear part for farmland tillage and land preparation.

Rotary tillage blades are key operating components on tractor-mounted rotary tillers, primarily used for pre-sowing land preparation, paddy field slurrying, straw return to the field, and orchard cultivation. Through the high-speed rotation of the blade rollers, the blades cut the soil and throw clods backward to impact the soil cover, achieving soil fragmentation, surface leveling, and soil-fertilizer mixing. It is an ideal alternative to traditional plowing.

This series of rotary tillers is meticulously forged from high-quality alloy steel (such as 65Mn or 60Si2Mn high-manganese spring steel). The manufacturing process strictly follows a standardized procedure: blanking, heating, die forging, punching and chamfering, heat treatment, and shot blasting. The blades undergo isothermal quenching and tempering, resulting in a moderate hardness in the handle to ensure toughness and prevent bending or breakage; the cutting edge, on the other hand, has high hardness and strong wear resistance.

Some high-end models use advanced laser cladding or wear-resistant alloy welding technology to form an alloy layer on the blade and vulnerable parts of the blade tip, forming a bimetallic self-sharpening blade structure, which makes the blade edge sharper with use and effectively reduces tillage resistance.

Curved blade (left and right curved blade): This is currently the most widely used blade type. The blade head is curved, with a relatively long cutting edge on the outer arc, providing excellent sliding cutting performance. During operation, it easily cuts or avoids weeds and stubble, is less prone to weed entanglement, and has strong soil-breaking ability, making it particularly suitable for paddy fields and fields with abundant weeds.

Chisel-shaped blade: The blade head is chisel-shaped, providing strong soil penetration, low resistance, and low power consumption. It is suitable for dryland operations and land reclamation, performing exceptionally well in heavy, compacted soil conditions.

Straight hook blades: These have strong tilling capabilities, turning surface fertilizer deep into the soil subsoil, promoting even fertilizer distribution. They are commonly used for soil fumigation or in applications requiring breaking up the plow pan.

C-type and IT series: Such as the common IT245 model, these blades are C-shaped with a specific turning radius (e.g., 245mm). They are highly standardized, versatile, and compatible with most mainstream rotary tiller blades on the market.
