Heat-treated high-strength tiller plow blade
The plow blade, as the core soil-contact component of tillage machinery, is the "vanguard" mounted on the plow body. It penetrates directly into the subsoil, undertaking the important tasks of cutting, turning, and breaking up the soil. Our company's series of plow blades are specially designed for use with various suspended plows, towed plows, and reversible plows, and are key wear parts that protect the main unit and improve tillage efficiency.
Heat Treatment Process: Advanced isothermal quenching and low-temperature tempering processes achieve a surface hardness of HRC 48-52 for the plowshare, while the core retains good toughness. This "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic ensures the plowshare will not crack or chip under strong impact.
Abrasion Resistance: Compared to ordinary carbon steel plowshares, our products offer 2-3 times greater abrasion resistance, effectively extending replacement cycles and reducing downtime in the field.
Streamlined blade tip: Utilizing an optimized entry angle design, it reduces tillage resistance and lowers tractor fuel consumption.
Self-sharpening blade design: As tillage wears down, the blade tip remains sharp, resulting in superior soil penetration and more effective soil breaking.
Precise mounting holes: The mounting holes are laser-cut or high-precision die-stamped, ensuring a perfect fit with the plow beam, facilitating easy installation with no play.
