The plow blade, an auxiliary component for agricultural machinery, is forged from high-strength, wear-resistant steel. Its cutting edge undergoes special heat treatment, resulting in excellent soil penetration toughness and wear resistance. Designed to fit various mainstream tillage machines, it is easy to install. It effectively shreds soil, turns over surface weeds and stubble, significantly improving tillage efficiency and coverage, making it a durable core component ensuring the quality of agricultural operations.
Base material: 65Mn spring steel or 30MnB5 boron steel hot-rolled plate, subjected to overall heat treatment. The 65Mn version has excellent elastic deformation recovery ability and is suitable for sandy loam soil with low impact load; the 30MnB5 version, through quenching + low temperature tempering process, can achieve a surface hardness of 38-42 HRC, while maintaining toughness in the core to resist chipping caused by gravel.
Surface rust prevention: Overall black oxidation or Dacromet coating treatment, making it less prone to rusting during storage and short-term field placement.
Wear-resistant reinforcement: The working area (shovel tip and cutting edge) can be sprayed with a wear-resistant alloy layer or plasma welded. The hardness of the weld layer is ≥58 HRC, and the service life is increased by more than 40% compared with ordinary 65Mn plows under the same wear conditions.
Streamlined Soil Contact Surface: The shovel body's curved surface is optimized based on soil dynamics, reducing soil penetration resistance by 12%-15%, ensuring smooth soil removal and minimizing clay accumulation.
Reinforcing Ribs and Bolt Hole Layout: A trapezoidal reinforcing rib is added to the back, increasing bending strength by 30%; the bolt holes feature a countersunk design, compatible with M12/M14 high-strength countersunk bolts, ensuring a tight fit with the plowshare and side plates, preventing loosening and breakage.
Replaceable Shovel Tip Design (Optional): Some models use a split bolt-fixed shovel tip; only the tip needs replacement after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
Low fuel consumption: Optimized cutting angle combined with wear-resistant blades results in low operating resistance, saving 8%-10% on fuel.
High reliability: After 500 hours of destructive field testing, no breakage or blade rolling was observed, meeting the needs of cultivating over 3000 mu (approximately 200 hectares) per season.
Quick replacement: Standard bolt hole spacing is compatible with mainstream imported and domestic brand plows (such as Recon, Gran, and Gaomidelon), requiring no frame modification.
