Double headed plow tip (reversible plow tip)
Symmetrical dual head design: Two completely symmetrical and equally sized tips are integrated on a single plow tip body. Made of high-strength steel through integral forging or precision casting, with a sturdy structure.
Flip plow arm adaptation: specifically designed for flip plow frames. When the plow tip on the working face wears out to the point where it needs to be replaced, the driver can flip the entire plow frame through the hydraulic system to immediately put another unused plow tip into operation, and the operation process only takes a few minutes.
Optimize geometric line shape: The plow tip has undergone precise calculations and field testing to ensure smooth soil penetration, low resistance, and even plowing, ensuring consistent cultivation quality.
Doubling lifespan, economically efficient:
Advantage: Directly extend the effective service life of the plow tip by 100%. Reduced the purchase quantity of plow tips by 50%, significantly reducing the cost of tillage components per unit area.
Reduce downtime and improve efficiency:
Advantage: During the farming season, there is no need to frequently stop for on-site replacement due to the wear and tear of a single plow tip. The flipping operation is fast and maximizes the effective operation time of agricultural machinery, especially suitable for large-scale contiguous operations.
Material: Made of 65Mn spring steel or better wear-resistant alloy steel, it undergoes quenching and tempering heat treatment process to ensure that the cutting edge has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, while the substrate maintains good toughness and resists rock impact.
Process: Hard alloy welding or embedded wear-resistant plates may be used at the cutting edge to further extend the service life in harsh working conditions such as sand and gravel ground and slab ground.
