The production process employs precision forging technology, ensuring that the tolerance of the shovel surface curvature and mounting hole positions is controlled within ±0.5mm, resulting in a tight fit with the plow column and preventing shaking or stress concentration during operation. The cutting edge undergoes secondary grinding and sharpening, reducing soil penetration resistance by 15%-20% and effectively saving tractor fuel consumption.
The plow blade is available in two materials: 65Mn spring steel and high-manganese wear-resistant boron steel. The 65Mn blade, after overall heat treatment, achieves a blade hardness of 48-52 HRC, combining high strength with good toughness, making it suitable for cultivating ordinary loam and sandy loam. The high-manganese boron steel, after isothermal quenching, exhibits a self-reinforcing effect on its surface under impact loads, increasing its wear life by more than 40% compared to ordinary plow blades, making it particularly suitable for hard soils with high gravel content or severe compaction.
Streamlined blade: Utilizing a biomimetic streamlined curved surface design, soil flows smoothly along the blade, resulting in excellent soil removal and reduced mud adhesion, making it particularly suitable for clay soil areas.
Thickened wear-resistant layer: A 2-3mm thick wear-resistant alloy layer is welded to the blade tip and front section, significantly extending the replacement cycle.
Standardized interface: Mounting holes conform to ISO and mainstream domestic agricultural machinery enterprise standards, compatible with plowshares from brands such as Lovol, Dongfanghong, and John Deere.
