The plowshare is the core cutting component of the moldboard plow, featuring a wedge-shaped curved surface design. It is connected to the plow body through components such as the plow wall and plow base to achieve the functions of soil crushing and turning.
Main materials: 65Mn steel or 60Si2Mn steel, with hardness ranging from HRC43 to 49. Some models have undergone quenching and tempering or coating treatment to enhance wear resistance.
Through forging and heat treatment technologies, the component structure is ensured to be compact and stable.

This 622128 cultivator blade is a heavy-duty tillage component,

and other farm tillage machinery.

It delivers excellent wear resistance and impact resistance,

making it ideal for breaking up soil, incorporating crop residues,

and preparing seedbeds in various field conditions.

The plow tip is mounted on the right side (RH) and is designed with a thickness of 12mm, providing excellent impact resistance. To ensure service life under complex soil conditions, the product is typically forged or cast from high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel (such as the industry-common 60Si2Mn material) and undergoes a special heat treatment process, giving it both high hardness and good toughness, effectively resisting the impact and wear of hard objects such as stones and tree roots on the plow body.
