The product has a solid structure, sharp edge with extremely strong wear resistance,

excellent impact resistance and deformation resistance. It can work for a long time in

complex soil environments such as stony, heavy clay and sandy soil, and its service life

is far longer than that of ordinary plow points. The standard mounting hole design is

suitable for various plows, reversible plows, cultivators, rotary tillers and other agricultural

machinery, with easy installation and strong versatility. It is a core wear-resistant accessory

for agricultural deep plowing and land preparation, and can be customized in size and alloy

The hardness of the working layer alloy can reach HRC 58-63, and its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary 65Mn steel plow tips. In high silica, sandy and other strongly worn soils, the single operation area can reach 800-1200 acres, significantly reducing the frequency of field replacement.

The unique alloy gradient distribution ensures that the plow tip maintains a sharp wedge-shaped cutting angle during operational wear, reducing traction resistance by 20% -30% compared to passivated plow tips, thereby saving fuel consumption
