Agricultural notched harrow blades, durable and wear-resistant

Short Description:

As a core wear part in agricultural tillage machinery, the harrow blade is widely used in equipment such as disc harrows, combined tillage machines, and seeders. It mainly undertakes tasks such as soil chopping, burying stubble, leveling the surface, and mixing topsoil. It is an indispensable key auxiliary component in conservation tillage and fine tillage processes.

Notched harrow discs: The outer edge of the disc has evenly distributed arc-shaped or trapezoidal notches, allowing for quick soil penetration and low resistance. They excel at cutting tall stubble, corn stubble, and tangled weeds, making them suitable for the first tillage in heavy clay soils or fields with high stubble.

Smooth, round harrow discs: The edges are smooth and continuous, resulting in a high degree of surface flatness and uniform soil breakup after tillage. They are suitable for light sandy loam soils, secondary soil breakup after tillage, and seedbed preparation before sowing.

This series of rake blades uses 65Mn manganese steel or 30MnB high-boron steel as the base material. Both materials possess excellent elastic limit and impact toughness. After high-temperature molding, the entire blade undergoes isothermal quenching or segmented heat treatment, achieving a final surface hardness of 38-48 HRC while maintaining core flexibility. This resolves the contradiction between "high hardness leading to chipping and high toughness leading to chipping." The cutting edge can be surface carburized or laser hardened, further increasing the hardness to over 56 HRC and improving wear life by more than 30%.

Corrugated rake blades: with wavy edges, mainly used for loosening the surface layer after seed covering and compaction. The operation is shallow but the covering effect is good. They are often used in conjunction with seeders.

Each rake blade is formed by CNC spinning or precision forging to ensure an outer diameter runout of ≤1.5mm, resulting in smooth, non-wobbling rotation after assembly. The center mounting hole is precision punched, with diameter tolerances strictly controlled within H9 grade, ensuring a secure fit with the rake shaft. Before leaving the factory, 100% of the products undergo visual magnetic particle inspection and hardness sampling tests to eliminate microcracks or soft spots.

Widely applicable to stubble removal and soil loosening in dryland corn, wheat, and soybean fields; and straw burying and pulping in winter-fallow paddy fields. It can be matched with disc harrow sets from mainstream domestic and international brands (such as Reken, Kuhn, Deere, etc.), and can also be customized according to customer drawings with different diameters (450-700mm), thicknesses (4-8mm), and center hole specifications.
