Agricultural machinery wear-resistant front plowshare
The front plowshares 3451004 and 451005 are key working components for modern moldboard plows (especially high-speed reversible plows). As the front module of a split plowshare design, this component works closely with the rear plowshare and plowshare, directly undertaking the primary task of contact with the soil. This series of products adopts an advanced modular structural design, aiming to solve the industry pain points of high replacement costs and inconvenient maintenance after wear of traditional integral plowshares. It is an important basic component for achieving efficient and low-consumption tillage.
1、Modular structure: The front plowshares 3451004 and 451005 are securely connected to the plowshare, plowstock, and rear plowshare via high-strength countersunk bolts. This modular design allows the most easily worn front section of the plowshare to be replaced independently. When the plow tip or cutting edge wears down, users only need to replace the front plowshare to restore the plow's performance, without having to scrap the entire plowshare assembly. This significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime for agricultural machinery operations.
2、Optimized surface geometry: The product's surface is precisely calculated and combined with the rear plowshare to form a smooth cylindrical surface. In particular, its cutting edge adopts a concave composite curve design. This geometry effectively reduces the lateral throwing distance of soil during high-speed tillage, maintains regular furrows, and ensures good traction stability and tillage performance even at high speeds of 8-10 km/h.
Wear-resistant materials and processes: To cope with the intense abrasive wear of dryland soil, the front plowshare is made of materials with high hardness and wear resistance (such as 65Mn steel or special wear-resistant alloys) and undergoes a toughening heat treatment process. This not only ensures the soil removal properties of the plowshare surface and prevents soil adhesion, but also significantly improves its resistance to impacts from hard objects such as stones and tree roots, extending its service life.
In actual farming, the front plowshare plays a crucial role in penetrating the soil, breaking up the soil, and cutting clods. Working in conjunction with the plowshare to cut the soil, its curved surface initially lifts and laterally compresses the clods, providing a foundation for the rear plowshare's thorough turning and breaking up of the soil. For heavy clay soils or land reclamation operations, this series of front plowshares, with its excellent soil-breaking function, effectively avoids the "stripping" phenomenon, improves soil aggregation, and creates favorable seedbed conditions for subsequent sowing and crop growth.
