Agricultural machinery parts: wear-resistant plow blades made of 65 manganese steel
As the core working component of a moldboard plow, the plowshare comes into direct contact with the soil, bearing enormous impact and friction forces. Its quality directly determines the efficiency and cost of tillage operations. This plowshare is forged from high-quality alloy steel using advanced heat treatment technology, and is specifically designed for modern agricultural operations that prioritize high efficiency and low consumption. Whether used for new field reclamation, deep tillage and loosening, or routine seasonal tillage, its superior soil penetration and impact resistance make it an ideal choice for your tractor-mounted implements.
Unlike ordinary cast steel parts, this product uses 65Mn manganese steel or 30MnB high-grade boron steel as the base material. Through integral heating and die forging, the internal metal structure is ensured to be dense and free of porosity and sand holes. Digital isothermal quenching technology is used on key working surfaces and cutting edges to achieve a surface hardness of 38-45 HRC, resulting in a "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic—ensuring the cutting edge is not easily chipped or worn under prolonged friction, while also giving the shovel body excellent toughness, easily withstanding severe impacts from complex terrain containing rocks, tree roots, etc., effectively preventing breakage.
Self-sharpening cutting edge design: Targeting the frictional characteristics of soil and metal, the blade features a gradually tapering arc design. During operation, friction keeps the blade continuously sharp, significantly reducing tractor traction resistance and saving approximately 8%-10% in fuel compared to traditional flat shovels.
Precise geometric surface: Designed strictly according to aerodynamic and soil kinematics principles, it boasts a reasonable surface curvature. During operation, it smoothly overturns and densely covers the soil, achieving a high soil breakup rate and creating a smooth tillage surface, facilitating subsequent sowing operations.
Standardized installation interface: Strictly follows industry standard hole spacing design, compatible with most domestic and imported reversible plows and moldboard plows on the market, easy to install, no secondary modification required.
