The plowshare, as the core working component of a moldboard plow, works closely with the plowshare and directly determines the efficiency and quality of tillage. This product is specifically designed for modern agricultural tillage and is suitable for combined operations in dry fields, paddy fields, and clay soils. This product uses high-strength boron steel or manganese-boron alloy steel as the base material and undergoes an overall heat treatment process to ensure excellent hardness and toughness from the surface to the core. Key working surfaces employ wear-resistant layer welding technology or laser strengthening technology, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 50-55 or higher. This effectively resists severe impacts and abrasive wear from hard objects such as stones and tree roots, extending service life by 2-3 times compared to ordinary steel plate plowshares and significantly reducing the frequency of replacement in the field.
We employ a streamlined curved surface structure, strictly adhering to the principles of soil kinematics. This design offers three major advantages:
1、Superior soil removal: The curvature of the curved surface is precisely calculated to ensure that soil clods can be instantly detached during rising and turning, making it particularly suitable for clay soils and high-humidity working environments. It effectively prevents soil sticking and clogging, keeping the plow surface clean.
2、Significant energy savings: The optimized guide curvature reduces frictional resistance between the soil and the plowshare, effectively reducing tractor traction resistance by 10%-15% at the same tillage depth and speed, thus reducing fuel consumption.
3、Superior mulching performance: It can precisely turn over surface weeds, stubble, and fertilizer, burying them deep beneath the soil layer, promoting organic matter decomposition and creating a flat, clean seedbed for subsequent sowing.
This series of plowshares offers two structural options: mirror finish (suitable for high-speed plows) and slatted finish (suitable for heavy clay soils), covering mainstream reversible plows, slatted plows, and suspended plows on the market. The products utilize standard bolt positioning holes for easy installation and high interchangeability.
