This product is made from high-strength alloy materials such as 65Mn manganese steel and 30MnB boron steel, and is integrally formed through hot forging, ensuring the density of the internal structure and eliminating the porosity and sand hole problems common in castings. Subsequently, through isothermal quenching and tempering heat treatment processes, the surface hardness of the plow blade reaches HRC 38-45, while the core maintains excellent toughness. This "hard on the outside and tough on the inside" characteristic allows it to withstand severe impacts from stones and tree roots (without breaking) and maintain a sharp cutting edge for a long time, significantly extending the replacement cycle.
1、Streamlined curved surface design: We optimized the cutting edge angle and curvature of the plow blade. This design effectively reduces soil adhesion, lowers tillage resistance by approximately 15%-20%, thereby saving tractor fuel consumption and improving operating efficiency.
2、Self-sharpening technology: For severely worn cutting edges, we use a special material ratio. During use, the working surface of the plow blade naturally develops a "self-sharpening" effect, keeping the cutting edge consistently sharp and preventing "dragging" caused by dulling. This ensures smooth blade rotation and tight coverage.
3、Precise installation interface: Molds are made strictly according to original factory standards, with the installation hole spacing and positioning surface tolerances controlled within an extremely small range, ensuring 100% fit with the plow column and plowshare. This not only simplifies the installation process but also prevents bolt loosening or blade deformation caused by excessive gaps.
This series of plows is widely compatible with various tillage implements such as moldboard plows, reversible plows, and ditchers.
