This particular hammer claw is designed specifically for high-intensity, high-load field conditions, manufactured using precision forging technology and composite wear-resistant materials. It aims to solve the pain points of traditional cast steel hammer claws, such as easy breakage, poor wear resistance, and uneven crushing effect, making it an ideal choice for modern agricultural land preparation and straw processing.

This product uses high-quality high-manganese steel or 42CrMo alloy steel as the base material, formed by high-temperature die forging. Its dense internal structure eliminates casting defects such as porosity and sand holes, fundamentally preventing the risk of brittle fracture due to excessive impact during operation.

For the cutting edge and end of the hammer claw, where wear is most severe, we applied plasma welding technology to clad a high-chromium alloy wear-resistant layer. This weld layer achieves a hardness of HRC58-62, significantly slowing down the wear rate of the base material during high-speed rotating impacts on straw, soil, and gravel.

The shaft hole of the hammer claw is treated with high frequency quenching and equipped with a reinforced dustproof bushing to ensure the precision and flexibility of the connection with the rotor pin shaft, avoid shaft hole enlargement and jamming caused by early wear, and extend the service life of the entire rotor system.

Exceptional shredding effect: Unique heat treatment and blade geometry design ensure that the hammer claws possess extremely strong inertial impact force under high-speed rotation. Compared to ordinary hammer claws, it has a stronger ability to shred the stalks of tall crops such as corn and cotton, and the shredded residue is of more uniform length, which is beneficial for subsequent deep plowing operations and rapid decomposition.

Long lifespan and high cost-effectiveness: Thanks to the bimetallic composite wear-resistant layer, this product's service life is 1.5 to 2 times longer than ordinary cast hammer claws in heavy-duty working environments containing sand and soil. This reduces the frequency of downtime for replacements and significantly lowers the user's overall operating costs.

High safety and reliability: Each hammer claw undergoes rigorous dynamic balancing testing, with quality errors controlled within an extremely small range. Excellent dynamic balancing performance effectively reduces abnormal vibrations of the tractor and gearbox during operation, protects the main shaft bearings, and improves driving comfort.
