Agricultural machinery parts 65Mn steel quenched wear-resistant plow shovel
Plow shovel, commonly known as plow tip or shovel tip, is the most critical and rapidly worn soil contact component in plowing operations. As the pioneer of the entire plow, it directly cuts into the soil and bears the responsibility of cutting through the soil and reducing resistance. High quality plows and shovels not only ensure consistent tillage depth, but also significantly reduce tractor traction load and improve fuel economy.
The series of plows and shovels strictly use high-quality boron steel (such as 30MnB5 or equivalent material) as the substrate. After a special heat treatment process, the hardness of the shovel tip can reach HRC 48-52, while the shovel handle and mounting hole area maintain excellent toughness. This "hard on the outside and tough on the inside" characteristic enables it to have excellent wear resistance and fracture resistance when facing sandy and rocky terrain, effectively avoiding cracking or bending.
Universal plow shovel: suitable for conventional loam and sandy loam cultivation.
Extended/widened plow: designed for heavy soil or deep plowing operations, increasing the entry angle for better soil fragmentation effect.
Reclamation type plow shovel: thickened shovel tip, suitable for reclamation of wasteland with high gravel content.
Self sharpening blade design: With the wear and tear of tillage, the shovel tip remains sharp, ensuring stable plowing ratio and reducing fuel consumption.
Surface treatment: Apply anti rust primer as a whole to effectively prevent rust during storage and transportation.
