In modern agricultural farming, the plowshare, as the most vulnerable wear part at the front of tillage machinery, directly determines the soil penetration performance, operating efficiency, and the overall service life of the machine. Our high-strength, wear-resistant plowshare is specifically designed for harsh soil environments and high-frequency operation needs, aiming to reduce farming costs and improve operational efficiency for users through its superior hardness and toughness.
This product uses high-manganese steel (Mn13) or 65Mn spring steel as the base material (optional, depending on customer requirements). After high-temperature quenching and low-temperature tempering, a uniform austenitic or martensitic structure is formed inside the material, resulting in a plowshare tip surface hardness of HRC 38-45, while the core maintains excellent toughness. This "hard outside, tough inside" characteristic allows it to effectively resist wear and withstand severe impact loads when facing hard clods of earth, gravel, or sandy soil, effectively avoiding the risk of breakage.
II. Structural Optimization, Balancing Wear Resistance and Self-Sharpening
Through advanced precision forging or casting processes, we ensure that the streamlined curved surface of the plowshare precisely matches the original parts standard.
1、Streamlined cutting surface: Optimizes the soil flow path on the plow tip surface, significantly reducing frictional resistance and tractor fuel consumption, enabling smooth tillage in both dry, compacted soil and wet, sticky paddy fields.
2、Self-sharpening design: The key area at the front of the plow tip is thickened and reinforced with a wear-resistant alloy layer. During operation, the plow tip maintains a sharp cutting angle, achieving a "self-sharpening" effect and ensuring strong soil penetration throughout its entire lifespan, solving the problem of ordinary plow tips becoming duller with wear.
The product is designed strictly according to the standard hole positions of mainstream domestic and foreign tractors, reversible plows, and moldboard plows, making it highly versatile and perfectly compatible with imported brands such as Recon and Gran, as well as most domestic models. The mounting holes are cold-stamped, with dimensional tolerances controlled within a very small range, ensuring that no secondary grinding or hole enlargement is required during replacement, allowing for immediate use and effectively reducing downtime for field maintenance.
