The surface is treated with stress shot blasting, reinforced shot peening, and an anti-corrosion coating (epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat), effectively eliminating early micro-cracks and improving corrosion resistance and stone impact resistance. The optimized end structure ensures smooth movement of the leaf spring during compression and rebound, reducing inter-leaf friction and abnormal noise.
