65Mn steel heat-treated forged plowshare, agricultural machinery tiller parts
1. Superior Wear Resistance, Doubled Lifespan
We strictly select high-carbon wear-resistant alloy steel and employ an advanced heat treatment process of "oil quenching + medium-temperature tempering" to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 48-52 while maintaining high toughness in the core. Compared to ordinary black-core malleable cast iron plows, its wear resistance is improved by more than 3 times. When operating on large areas of sandy or compacted ground, it can effectively resist severe wear, significantly reducing replacement frequency and lowering downtime costs.
2. Sharp cuts into the soil, high soil breaking rate: The streamlined tip and curved surface of the shovel, designed based on aerodynamic principles, not only reduce resistance during tillage (lowering tractor fuel consumption by approximately 5%-10%), but also allow the soil to naturally rise, break, and turn over during plowing, achieving excellent coverage and soil breaking rate. Whether in corn stubble or rice paddies, it can easily cut grass roots and stubble, preventing weeds from clogging the plow.
3. Precise Fit and Easy Installation
This plow blade is manufactured strictly according to industry standard dimensional tolerances, with highly precise handle connection holes, making it compatible with most mainstream brands of suspended plows and moldboard plows (such as Recon, Besson, and domestic series). The blade body adopts a double-bolt fixing structure, allowing for quick disassembly and reassembly or left-right swapping even if one side is worn, further extending the overall service life of the product.
4. Wide Applicability
We offer several variant versions to suit different soil types:
Dryland Version: Thickened shovel body with wear-resistant welded edges, suitable for sandy and gravelly environments.
Paddy Field Version: Smooth surface, less prone to soil adhesion, anti-corrosion coating, suitable for high humidity environments.
