Core Function: Used for inter-row tillage and soil loosening of crops.
Without damaging crop roots or turning over the soil layer, it loosens compacted soil,
improves soil aeration and water permeability, enhances water storage and moisture
retention capacity, and promotes crop root growth.
The product is made of two high-quality alloy materials, 65Mn manganese steel and 30MnB boron steel, which are formed by high-temperature integral forging. The material structure is dense and free of casting defects such as pores and sand holes. By adopting the isothermal quenching heat treatment process, the hardness of the shovel tip reaches 48-52HRC, and the toughness of the matrix remains above 35-40J/cm ², achieving the ideal performance state of "external hardness and internal toughness". The cutting edge has undergone high-frequency local strengthening treatment, with a hardness of over 55HRC and significantly improved wear resistance.
The plow shovel adopts a streamlined curved surface structure, and the insertion angle is accurately calculated (adjustable from 22 ° to 28 °), effectively reducing traction resistance by about 15% -20%. The shovel tip and shovel wall are connected in a stepped transition to eliminate stress concentration points. Equipped with double bolt anti loosening fixing holes as standard, used in conjunction with self-locking nuts to ensure long-term operation without loosening. Some models reserve replaceable shovel tip interfaces, and only the front-end components need to be replaced after the shovel tip wears out, reducing maintenance costs.
