1、High-performance steel: Made from high-carbon boron alloy steel (such as 30MnB5 or 25MnB4) through integral die forging. This material possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. While ensuring high toughness of the matrix, it achieves a "hard exterior, tough interior" characteristic through segmented heat treatment technology—the surface hardness can reach 48-52 HRC (Rockwell hardness), while the core maintains good toughness, effectively preventing fracture or chipping under harsh conditions such as rocks and tree roots.
2、Wear-resistant coating: The working surface (soil contact surface) of the plow blade can be equipped with a tungsten carbide (WC) overlay or a self-fluxing alloy powder spray welding layer. This hardening technology significantly improves the wear resistance of the plow tip and plow wall edges. According to actual tests, under sandy loam conditions, its service life is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary 65Mn (65 manganese steel) steel plates.
Dimensions: Length × Width × Thickness are based on the original design, using precise mold pressing. The radius of curvature error is controlled within ±1.5mm to ensure a close fit when connected to the plowshare and plow wall, preventing bolt shearing breakage due to excessive gaps.
Fixing Method: Equipped with high-strength anti-loosening bolts (8.8 or 10.9 grade). The positioning hole spacing is completely consistent with the original parts, supporting quick replacement without mold repair.
Surface Treatment: Utilizing electrophoretic coating or high-temperature baking paint processes, it has a salt spray corrosion resistance of ≥300 hours, suitable for operating environments with high humidity and saline-alkali soil.
Reduced Energy Consumption: The optimized plow body surface design (parabolic or semi-helical) allows for smooth lateral movement and overturning of the soil clods during ascent, reducing soil adhesion and friction with the plowshare. Tests have shown that this can reduce tractor traction resistance by approximately 8%-12%.
Soil Covering and Mulching: The specially designed wing angle ensures complete stubble (straw) coverage, achieving a high stubble depth compliance rate, which is beneficial for subsequent sowing operations and meets the requirements of conservation tillage.
